Kunming 2024
Kunming is the capital and largest city of Yunnan Province in southwest China. It’s often referred to as the “City of Eternal Spring” because of its mild weather throughout the year. The city is also a popular tourist destination due to its beautiful natural landscapes, such as the Stone Forest and Dian Lake, as well as its rich history and cultural heritage.
It is very interesting to see the meat and other food vendors in cold weather 10 degree Centigrade a week before the year of the Dragon 2024 near our hotel in Kuming, China 2-2-24
Chung Shan is the birthplace of Sun Yat-sen, also known as Sun Chung-shan in Mandarin, a pivotal figure in modern Chinese history. Sun Yat-sen was a revolutionary and political leader who played a crucial role in the overthrow of the Qing Dynasty and the establishment of the Republic of China. Our hosts Li Lin and her husband, Mr Pang invite us and their out town guests to enjoyed the well known 過橋米綫 in Kunming restaurant. special food ingredients were served in big rectangular boxes and added to the kind of broth you choose. 2-2-24
Can you imagine that people in Kunming eat “live cockroaches, scorpion and other worms and insects”??? It is shocking and amazing sight that makes you squirm!
Here is a famous Golden Temple located in another city in China called Jindian (literally translates to “Golden Temple”) Park in Kunming. I was taking video inside a moving car and I cannot believe that the street vendors are selling their produce, products only a foot away from the moving car on a main street in Kunming, China.
